Under the leadership of Marcelo Costa as Country Manager, Voximplant has successfully strengthened its footprint in Brazil and Portugal, driving significant growth in cloud communication adoption. Key achievements include:

  1. Led a team of 24 professionals to build a strong sales team, scaling the pipeline and achieving $150K+ MRR in Latin America alone.
  2. Successfully grew ARR to $2M+ in 2023, with a projected $3M ARR in 2024, maintaining a 20%+ growth rate per quarter.
  3. Developed a Partner Program to expand the company’s geographic presence and support long-term growth across the Latin American region.
  4. Established key partnerships with major enterprises, reinforcing Voximplant’s leadership in the local cloud communications industry.
Presence and Recognition

Voximplant has secured $10M in Series B funding, led by Baring Vostok and RTP Global, to drive its international expansion and accelerate technological advancements. The company has over 30,000 clients worldwide, handling more than 1 billion calls per year.

One of its success stories includes CloudWalk, a leading digital payments provider in Brazil. By integrating Voximplant’s Click-to-Call technology, CloudWalk significantly improved its customer service experience, reducing operational costs and enhancing customer satisfaction.
